VIENNA, July 6. -- The difficulties which last month confronted the Vienna banks have now been in great part overcome. Industrial concerns which were similarly threatened with trouble were assisted by the large banks for the purpose of avoiding an industrial crisis.

Despite the censorship on news from Brazil, there is little reason to believe that the "revolution" at Sao Paulo is more than a local outbreak. To be sure, political conditions in Brazil have been unstable during the last two years and the economic situation of the coffee growers, who produce the chief crop of the State of Sao Paulo, has not been good.
