PARIS, Feb. 24.--Andre Tardieu, who was French High Commissioner in the United States during the war and one of the French Peace Commissioners, calls on French public opinion to disregard the anti-American campaign which is being pushed by a number of Paris newspapers. He calls this campaign not only dangerous to the real interests of France but absurd as well.
