Philippine-born Chinese journalists Q and R Yuitung, brothers, recently deported from Manila to Taipei for alleged Communist sympathies and activities, held in mil jail while Govt prepares evidence for trial and determines what charges to bring against them; journalists had operated newspaper in Manila for over 20 yrs, have long been disliked by Taipei Govt and Nationalist party officials among Overseas Chinese in Philippines because of their critical attitude toward Taiwan and unwillingness to denounce Peking; Internatl Press Inst, at Hong Kong gen assembly, voted to censure Philippine Govt for its handling of affair, appts com to look into matter; Nationalist Govt overrides security officials, cooperates with press investigatory com, permits members to talk with imprisoned brothers
