Robert Scholl Cumpleaños, Fecha de Nacimiento
Robert Scholl (13 de abril de 1891 - 25 de octubre de 1973) fue un político alemán y padre de Hans y Sophie Scholl. Scholl fue un liberal y crítico de la Alemania nazi. Después de la guerra cofundó el Partido Popular Panalemán.
Scholl nació en Baden-Württemberg, y durante la guerra conoció a su futura esposa Magdalene Müller, madre de sus seis hijos. Se casaron en 1920 y vivieron en Ingersheim, Forchtenberg, Ludwigsburg y Ulm.
Scholl fue alcalde de Ingersheim de 1917 a 1920, y de Forchtenberg, hasta 1930.
Sus hijos fundaron la Rosa Blanca y él fue sentenciado a cuatro meses de cárcel por hablar mal de Hitler en 1942 y en 1943 a un año y medio de cárcel por escuchar la radio aliada.
Sus hijos Hans y Sofia fueron guillotinados.
Después de la guerra fue alcalde de Ulm entre 1945 y 1948. Participó en el Parlamento Regional de Baden-Württemberg.

An attachment against the Palisades Amusement and Exhibition Company has been secured in the Supreme Court by James A. Bailey, as surviving partner of Barnum Bailey, in a suit to recover $5,000. It is charged that the Palisades Company agreed to rent from Barnum Bailey "Montezuma; or, the Conquest of Mexico," for $20,000 for six months previous to Oct. 31, 1891.

The Brooklyn Jockey Club people do not propose to be behind their rivals in putting their track in prime condition for the coming racing season, and improvements are now in progress which will add greatly to the accommodation of the public. The grand stand is already large enough to accommodate the crowds that visit the track, except on extraordinary occasions, such as Brooklyn Handicap Day or Memorial Day.

ALBANY, April 12. -- If Mr. Fassett attempts to-morrow night to force through Gov. Hill's proposition to adjourn on April 24, the Senate promises to witness a scene to be remembered. Five Republican Senators are known to be solidly opposed to the scheme, Coggeshall, Erwin, Donaldson, Richardson, and Sloan. If Senator Sheard has sufficiently recovered from his illness his voice is likely to be added to those who discountenance Fassett's deal with Hill.
